Latonya Leonard

Latonya serves as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). While serving her country completing 8 years in the US Navy and another 8 years in the US Navy Reserves. Latonya was able to perform her military duties and graduate summa cum laude from Troy State University.

After working as a senior executive consultant within multiple educational systems for over twenty years. Implementing numerus project plans for excellence, Latonya’s expert knowledge in executive leadership development, education services, and training will lead GSS into the future within the Federal and Private Industry high-growth market areas.

Chadwick Thomas

Chadwick serves as our President. A distinguished service-disabled Veteran, Chadwick has over 15 years managing a broad portfolio of contracts which include information technology, network operations, enterprise logistics support, unmanned area vehicle support, and strategic corporate operational excellence. He has served as a Chief Operating Officer, Vice President of Corporate Strategy, and Vice President of Operations/Programs within multiple small to medium size companies. Chadwick brings a wealth of knowledge supporting the Department of Defense, Federal Government and Private Industry Partners. His ability to grow small businesses is vital to executing GSS' strategic plan for continued growth in targeted high-growth market areas.

Eugene Thomas

Eugene is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Global Services Solution. A disabled veteran of the US Army, after serving this great country in many missions beginning with Desert Storm and ending with Operation New Dawn. As the Chief Operating Officer (Eugene) brings over 35 plus years of cradle to grave logistical experience. Covering Logistical Operations, 3PL, Order Fulfillment, Warehouse Operations/Management and Transportation (CONUS and OCONUS). Eugene responsibilities includes all business operations including business development, contracts, and management of all company projects. Overseeing and managing a diverse workforce consisting of various backgrounds and skillsets; delivering stellar customer service, differentiated solutions and compliance across the company’s portfolio of programs.

Tomeka Frazier

Tomeka serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Global Services Solution. For more than 30 years, Tomeka has worked her way through the ranks from customer service manager, director of human resources and payroll, and director of finance and accounting. She was born and raised in Alexander City, Alabama and attended Central Alabama Community College where she graduated summa cum laude with an Associates in Applied Science in Office Administration and an Associates in Applied Science in General Business.
